Using Shotcount

You may use Shotcount for lawful personal or business planning purposes. You are responsible for the content you add, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for activity that occurs through your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to Shotcount. You give us permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service for you.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Shotcount, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to store or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing material. We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect the service or its users.

Availability

We aim to keep Shotcount available and useful, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, pause, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Shotcount is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
